Basket filter

I. Product overview

The basket filter mainly consists of a connecting pipe, a main pipe, a filter basket, a flange, a flange cover, and fasteners. When the liquid enters the filter basket through the main pipe, the solid impurity particles are blocked in the filter basket, and the clean fluid passes through the filter basket and is discharged from the filter outlet. When cleaning is required, unscrew the screw plug at the bottom of the main pipe, drain the fluid, remove the flange cover, clean it, and reinstall it. Therefore, it is extremely convenient to use and maintain.

II. Operating Principle

During installation, the pipeline may be contaminated with other debris, and raw materials also contain impurities during production; When the liquid in the pipeline passes through the filter, its dirt is collected by the filter into the filter screen. When it reaches a certain level, open the shell cover to clean the filter screen.

III. Technical Features

1. Standard stainless steel filter screen with a filtration accuracy of 800-4000μm。

2. The convex mating surface is drilled with threaded holes for installing pressure gauges.

c. Low-temperature materials in refrigeration, such as liquid methane, liquid ammonia, liquid oxygen, and various refrigerants.

d. Materials with hygiene requirements in light industry, food, and pharmaceutical production, such as beer, beverages, dairy products, and grain-based pharmaceutical supplies.
