Fiber Bundle Filter
Working principle

The fiber bundle filter eliminates the "capsule filling" system, and the equipment consists of fixed porous plates, movable porous plates, fiber bundle filter materials, and air distribution devices. The movable porous plate can move up and down. During filtration, under the action of water power, the gaps in the filter material gradually become smaller in the direction of water flow, and the fiber density increases, forming an ideal filtration layer. The filtration process includes both vertical and horizontal deep filtration, effectively improving filtration accuracy and filtration speed; During cleaning, the fiber bundle is loosened, and the air-water hydration method is used. During the process of bubble aggregation and hydraulic flushing, the fiber bundle is constantly shaking, and under the action of hydraulic pressure and rising bubbles, the filter material is backwashed and regenerated.
Product Features

1.High filtration precision: The removal rate of suspended solids in water is as high as 100%. For natural water that has undergone good coagulation treatment, when the turbidity is 20NTU, the turbidity of the filtered water can be controlled to below 2NTU.
2.Filtration speed is fast.t: generally 30m/h, which is 3 to 5 times that of traditional filters, and the maximum can reach 50m/h.

3.Large sewage interception capacity: generally 5-10kg/m3, which is 2-4 times that of traditional filters.

4.Strong adjustability: parameters such as filtration accuracy, sewage interception capacity, and filtration resistance can be adjusted as needed.

5.Small footprint: To produce the same amount of water, it only occupies 1/3 to 1/2 of the traditional filter.

6.Low cost per ton of water: The cost per ton of water is lower than that of traditional filters.

7.Low water consumption for backwash: only 1-3% of the periodic water production, and in general, it can be washed with raw water from upstream.

8.Long service life: The equipment does not need to replace the filter element. After the filter element is contaminated, it can be easily cleaned to restore its filtering performance. The filter element life is not less than 10 years.
