Working Principle 1.Coagulation tank The raw water with coagulant added enters the coagulation tank through the inlet pipe and is agitated by a special mixer to allow the suspended solids in the water to fully contact and react with the coagulant to form alum. Typically, water purification devices utilize vortex reactions to mix water with coagulants, but the effectiveness is unstable due to variations in water volume. The water purification device is mixed with a blender, which is not affected by changes in water volume and has a consistent effect. 2.Sedimentation chamber After coagulation with coagulant, water forms alum flowers and flows into the sedimentation tank of the equipment for sedimentation. The sedimentation tank uses a sloped tube sedimentation method to complete solid-liquid separation through a trapezoidal inclined plate sedimentation chamber. The sedimented sludge is discharged into a mud bucket. 3.Filter tank The water after sedimentation flows into the filter tank for filtration. The structure of the filter tank is: the bottom is a water distribution pipe, the middle is quartz sand, and the upper is anthracite. The filtration rate is 10m/h, and the final clear water flows into the clear water tank for disinfection and then drinking. The backwash cycle of the filter tank is about 12 hours, and the backwash time is 5-10 minutes.
