Valveless filter tank is a kind of fast filter tank without valve switching filtration and backwash process. It is composed of filter tank body, inlet device and siphon device.
Ⅱ、The working principle of
无The raw water of the valve filter enters into the water distributor of the valveless filter for even distribution, and then enters into the filter through the air isolation device. The gravity flow is used to filter from top to bottom. As the filter layer continuously intercepts suspended substances in the water, the resistance of the filter layer gradually increases, which makes the siphon water level rise. When the water level rises to the set position, it enters the suction device in the siphon auxiliary tube, and the air in the siphon tube is taken away by the hydraulic effect, thus forming negative pressure. When the negative pressure reaches the design value, the siphon will occur. At this time, the water in the tank will flow backwards, and the valveless filter will flow from the bottom to the bottom of the filter layer, so as to realize continuous backwashing and discharge the backwashing waste water to the sewage pipe. When the water level in the water tank drops to a certain value, the siphoning effect is destroyed and the backwash ends, and the valveless filter starts to work again.
