The main products![]() Valveless Filter A valveless filter is a rapid sand filter that does not require valves to switch between the filtration and backwashing processes. It consists of three main parts: the filter body, water inlet device, and siphon device. II. Working Principle Raw water enters the valveless filter through the water distributor and is evenly distributed. It then passes through an air isolation device into the filter, where it is filtered from top to bottom by gravity flow. As the filter layer continuously retains suspended solids in the water, the resistance of the filter layer gradually increases, causing the water level in the siphon tube to rise. When the water level rises to a set position, it enters the air extraction device within the siphon auxiliary tube. Due to hydraulic action, the air in the siphon tube is carried away, creating a negative pressure. When the negative pressure reaches the design value, a siphon phenomenon occurs, and the water in the water tank forms a reverse flow. The valveless filter then flows from bottom to top through the filter layer, achieving continuous backwashing. The backwash wastewater is discharged into the sewage pipeline. When the water level in the water tank drops to a certain value, the siphon action is disrupted, and the backwash ends. The valveless filter then resumes operation. III. Structure The valveless filter includes a water inlet pipe, water distribution trough, aeration and oxygen fusion box, gas-liquid separation pipe, water distribution plate, filtration chamber, fine filtration layer, clear water tank, swirling aeration outlet trough, water outlet pipe, siphon riser, siphon auxiliary pipe, air extraction pipe, water ejector, siphon downcomer, break pipe, break box, and sewage pipe. The water distribution trough is connected to the aeration and oxygen fusion box, the gas-liquid separation pipe is connected to the fine filtration chamber, the filtration chamber is connected to the clear water tank, the clear water tank is connected to the swirling aeration outlet trough, the filtration chamber is connected to the siphon riser, the siphon riser and siphon downcomer are connected to the sewage pipe, the siphon auxiliary pipe, air extraction pipe, and water ejector are connected to the siphon transition pipe, the break pipe is connected to the siphon riser and siphon downcomer, and the break box is equipped with a time control device that can effectively adjust the backwash time. This allows for thorough and complete backwashing of the fine filtration layer, enabling rapid and efficient removal of impurities and harmful substances from the water, making it activated and fresh. IV. Application Range The application range includes water treatment for swimming pools, swimming stadiums, seawater swimming stadiums, water parks, surfing pools, artificial rivers and lakes, fish ponds, landscape water purification, rainwater recycling, industrial circulating water, advanced wastewater treatment, and other water treatment projects. ![]() |
