I. Product Overview

A lamellar filter is an automatic precision filter consisting of parallel filter units. The filtering element is composed of a set of grooved high-tech polypropylene plastic disks. The ridge edges of the grooves on adjacent disks form a multi-layered filtration precision, retaining solids in the water with a filtration accuracy of 50-100 micrometers. During backwashing, water flows from the inside to the outside of the annular filter disks, flushing away contaminants trapped on the disks and discharging them through the drain outlet.

The operation and backwashing of the lamellar filter are fully automatically controlled, making it simple to operate and manage with minimal maintenance. There is no need to replace the filter element for several years. Users do not need to purchase or replenish fillers, nor do they require daily consumables such as filter cartridges or bags, resulting in low operating costs and reduced labor intensity for operators.

II. Application Scope

Metallurgical Industry: Clean and turbid circulating water filtration, full and bypass filtration of cooling water; equipment cooling water filtration, nozzle protection;

Power Plants: Turbine cooling water filtration, ash water recovery filtration, dust suppression nozzle protection, full and bypass filtration of cooling tower water;

Municipal Use: Raw water filtration at water plants, reclaimed wash water filtration, sewage discharge compliance filtration, wastewater recycling, park, landscaping, and fountain water filtration;

Raw Water: Filtration of seawater, lake water, river water, reservoir water, well water, rainwater, and sand, algae, bacteria, and organic matter removal during groundwater extraction;

Agriculture: Irrigation filtration for sprinkler and drip systems;

Reverse Osmosis/Ultrapure Water Pretreatment: Membrane protection;

Ion Exchange: Pretreatment for ion exchange and resin traps;

Petrochemical Refining, Food & Beverage, Mining, Pharmaceutical, Pulp & Paper, and Central Air Conditioning: Full and bypass filtration of circulating water, process water, and fine water pipe/nozzle water;
High-Salinity Water Filtration: Filtration of brackish water, seawater, and saltwater.
