Ⅰ、An overview of the
The automatic water softener is a new green, economical and safe water treatment system based on the national industry standard and a lot of successful engineering practice experience. Based on the design principle of end-user requirements, combined with raw water pretreatment, water quality monitoring and deployment system, the adaptive equipment is selected to form an automatic sodium ion exchange soft water system. It has solved many problems, such as high operating cost, frequent equipment failure, unqualified effluent water quality, water quality not matching user's demand, etc. caused by users' single use of water softener.
Ⅱ、The working principle
Hydraulic control valve uses the kinetic energy of water flow to drive two sets of turbines to drive two sets of gears to drive the rotation of water dial and control panel respectively. The water dial accumulates the flow through, and the control panel introduces the raw water pressure signal into a set of valve chambers through a set of channels. At the same time of rotation, the pressure channel is opened or closed according to the set rules, so as to realize the automatic switch of an integrated set of valves.

Key points of construction and installation
1)、Pipeline should be equipped with stress support to prevent stress on the control valve.
2)、When the water inlet pipe of the water softener is connected with the domestic water pipe, a backflow preventer shall be installed on the water inlet pipe.
3)、If the inlet water pressure is lower than 0.15mpa, pressure measures shall be adopted.
4)、The length of the blowdown pipe shall be less than 6m; There is no valve on the pipe; Exit not higher than valve body, end opening, to avoid siphon.
5)、In addition to the water softener with hydraulic drive multiway valve, 220V power supply is required on site.
6)、Do not use iodized salt, use calcium salt as a regenerator.
