Structure and working principle
Bag filter is a kind of pressure type filter, filter cylinder, cylinder lid, and main quick opening mechanism, stainless steel filter bag to strengthen network main parts, such as the filtrate by filter shell side inlet tube into the filter bag, filter bag itself is a device in strengthening a basket with netting on top, liquid penetrant fineness required for grades of filter bag that can obtain qualified filtrate impurity particles blocked by the filter bag. It is very convenient to replace the filter bag, and basically no material consumption.
The bag filter has many advantages, such as reasonable structure, good tightness, strong circulation ability and simple operation. Especially, the filter bag side leakage probability is small, can correctly guarantee the filtration accuracy, and can quickly change the filter bag, so as to reduce the operation cost. The inner and outer surfaces of the filter are polished by mechanical sandblasting. The structural design of the bag filter is that the top cover and the filter barrel are tightly sealed by four sets of swinging hammer type ring head bolts, making the filter more able to withstand extremely high filtration pressure and water hammer type pressure impact. The bag filter consists of three parts: filter drum, filter net basket and filter bag. It is compact and simple. The liquid to be filtered enters through the inlet of the filter and flows into the filter bag. After being intercepted by the filter bag, it flows out through the outlet of the filter. The inlet and outlet design of the bag filter generally adopts the way of side inlet and bottom outlet, which is convenient for cleaning.
